Anatomy Trains Structural Integration

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration

Flagship Work

This is my most comprehensive offering, and the one that produces the most lasting change. The Anatomy Trains Structural Integration series is a 12-session protocol built around a simple but profound premise: your body has organized itself around its history, and that organization can be changed.

Dr. Ida Rolf developed the foundation of this approach. Tom Myers refined it through his Anatomy Trains system, mapping eleven major fascial lines that run continuously through the body. Rather than treating muscles as isolated units, this work addresses the entire connective tissue network as one integrated system. Each session addresses a different layer, moving from superficial to deep and back again. The first four sessions work the outer layers, the middle four address deeper core structures, and the final four integrate what’s changed into how you actually move.

What brings people to this work varies. Chronic pain that hasn’t responded to other approaches. A posture that’s been pulling in one direction for years. A sense that the body has been compensating for something for so long it’s forgotten what easy feels like. The goal isn’t to chase symptoms. It’s to understand why your body has organized itself the way it has, and systematically change that organization at the root.

Sessions are done in underwear so I can observe how you’re organized before and during the work. I begin each series with an intake conversation about your history and goals. Most people schedule sessions one to two weeks apart. Results continue to accrue after the series ends. I’m happy to answer any questions before you commit.

Sessions are priced individually. See full pricing →
