Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is where I often start with new clients, and for many people it becomes a touchstone they return to again and again. It draws from Swedish technique at its core, using long flowing strokes, kneading, and rhythmic movement to help the nervous system downshift from its habitual state of vigilance into something softer and more spacious.
What I find with most clients is that the body holds far more than just muscle tension. There is often a kind of accumulated weight, emotional residue from stress, grief, overwork, or simply the relentlessness of modern life. Therapeutic massage gives the system permission to set that weight down for a while. Circulation improves, the breath deepens, and there is often a palpable sense of relief that goes well beyond the physical.
I bring the same attentiveness to a therapeutic session that I bring to my structural work. The pace, the pressure, the areas I focus on, all of it is shaped by what I notice in your body on that particular day. Some sessions call for slow, meditative work. Others benefit from more engagement with specific areas of holding. I follow what the body is asking for rather than running a fixed routine. Sessions are priced individually. See full pricing
