Sports Massage
What I pay attention to is the relationship between how you move and where you hold tension. Compensation patterns develop gradually, usually without any single dramatic moment. A hip starts rotating out just slightly. A shoulder begins hitching on the upswing. The body finds a workaround and keeps going, but the tissue downstream starts paying a price. I work to locate those patterns and address the underlying load before it becomes an injury.
Whether you are preparing for an event, recovering from one, or just trying to keep your body moving the way it should, I adapt the session to where you are in your cycle. Pre-event work is lighter and activating. Post-event work is slower and flushing. Maintenance sessions fall somewhere in between, focusing on whatever the body is telling me it needs most. Sessions are priced individually. See full pricing
