The Work
Every session begins with listening. What you’re dealing with, how long it’s been there, what you’ve already tried. From there I work with what I find, not from a fixed script. That said, the modality matters, and the descriptions below should help you understand what each approach is designed to do and whether it might be right for where you are.
Flagship Work
Anatomy Trains Structural Integration
This is the most comprehensive work I do, and the one that produces the most lasting change. The Anatomy Trains Structural Integration series is a 12-session protocol developed from the pioneering work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf and refined through Tom Myers’ Anatomy Trains system. Rather than viewing the body as a collection of separate muscles each doing their own job, this approach works with the fascial continuities that connect the entire body into one continuous network. Eleven major lines of pull run through the body, and each session in the series addresses a different layer, moving from superficial to deep and back again.
The goal isn’t to chase symptoms. It’s to understand why your body has organized itself the way it has, and systematically change that organization. Strain patterns build up over years of movement habits, compensations, old injuries, and postural adaptation. A gesture becomes a habit, a habit becomes a posture, and a posture eventually lodges in the body’s connective tissue. This series is designed to unwind those patterns at their root, restoring natural alignment, length, and ease.
Most people notice changes not just in where they’ve been hurting, but in how they stand, how they move, and how they feel in their body at rest. Sessions are typically spaced one to two weeks apart. The work is done wearing underwear so I can observe how you’re organized before and during each session. I’m happy to answer any questions before you commit to the series.

Additional Modalities
Myofascial Release
Focused work targeting the fascial wrappings around specific muscles or muscle groups. Through injury, overuse, or habitual movement, fascia often adheres to surrounding structures, restricting range of motion and elasticity. This is frequently the right choice when a particular area has been stuck for a long time and isn’t responding to more generalized approaches. Structural Integration draws heavily on myofascial techniques and the two work well together.
Deep Tissue Massage
Work that reaches the deeper layers of the muscular system through specific positioning and guided movement. The most effective deep tissue sessions aren’t forceful, they’re slow and deliberate, allowing tissue to release rather than brace. A good option for people with specific structural concerns who want targeted relief without undertaking the full Structural Integration series.
Therapeutic Massage
A full-body Swedish session designed to increase circulation, ease the nervous system, and flush metabolic waste from the tissues. This is the work most people picture when they think of massage, and it earns its place. These sessions encourage blood flow throughout the muscular system, support lymphatic movement, and give your body permission to downregulate. Valuable as a standalone practice and a good starting point for those new to bodywork.
Sports Massage
Work tailored to the specific demands of your sport or physical practice. The strain patterns in a runner are different from those in a cyclist, a golfer, or a climber. Sports massage sessions are built around understanding those specific mechanics and addressing what tends to accumulate when you do what you do. Whether you’re preparing for an event, recovering from one, or managing an ongoing pattern of overuse, this work meets you where your body actually is.

Not Sure Where to Start?
That’s a reasonable place to be. Reach out and describe what you’re dealing with. I’ll tell you honestly what I think would help.
